Caroline is the founder of Lake Daze and an Austin native who grew up on Lake Austin. With over 18 years of coaching experience and a passion for wakesurfing, she created Lake Daze in 2021 to provide unforgettable water experiences led by skilled female captains and coaches. When she’s not running the business, Caroline enjoys wakesurfing, fishing, hunting, and snowboarding.
Born and raised in Austin, Alex has lived lake life since childhood—her dad a wakeboarder, her mom a slalom skier, and weekends always spent on the water. She strapped into her first wakeboard at 12 and went on to compete with Texas Tech’s Wake Team, where her passion for board sports soared. Now a US Coast Guard–licensed Master Captain, Alex helps guests create unforgettable memories on her home lakes.
Jillian is a Texas native with a passion for adventure and all things outdoors. From snowboarding and surfing to volleyball and skating, she thrives on adrenaline and competition. A lifelong boater, Jillian loves sharing the water sports she grew up with, often joined by her spirited son Kai, who shares her love for action-packed fun. Her energy makes every day on the lake unforgettable.
Baylie is an Austin native who grew up with Lake Austin as her backyard playground—literally, with Caroline as her neighbor. She’s been driving boats since the age of 12 and loves spending time on the water, whether it’s wakesurfing or creating memories with loved ones. When she’s not on the lake, Baylie enjoys photography, traveling, skiing, and Austin’s live music scene.
Meet MOLO — a Lake Austin native and former professional wakesurfer who brings years of expertise and a passion for teaching others to ride the waves. With over a decade of experience behind the wheel of a boat, driving is second nature to her. When she’s not on the lake with her surfing pup, Chunky, Morgan enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, and soaking in the great outdoors.
Natalie is a native Texan and lake life enthusiast with years of experience in wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and boating. When she's not finishing nursing school or chasing her dream of working in the operating room, Natalie is sharing her passion for the water by helping others improve their surfing and wakeboarding skills. Her love for all things lake life makes her a perfect fit for Lake Daze.
Abby is an Austin native who grew up with a deep love for the water and discovered her passion for wakesurfing in 2022. She’s been hooked ever since, sharing her enthusiasm for the sport with everyone she meets. Between early mornings on the lake and late nights finishing her Marketing degree, Abby loves traveling, connecting with new people, and cruising on her favorite Malibu and Centurion boats.
Meet Cam, a lake life enthusiast who discovered her passion for wakesurfing at Camp Malibu and never looked back. Since then, she’s spent nearly every day on the water, soaking up the thrill of wakesurfing, foiling, and boat life.
